“Connexions Bujumbura” is a documentary film SHOT IN BURUNDI, AFRICA. IT IS based on the testimonies of four people about their life experiences, reflecting on their past, their craving for a future and the way they see their present time. A rough film, witness of a complex situation, that draws an intimate portrait of its characters through their confessions. The film takes us to Bujumbura, the capital and largest city of Burundi, a distant and unknown country punished by violence and scarcity, an extremely tough environment, where, despite the big difficulties, the protagonists face their destiny with strength and dignity, hope and optimism.
